Losing your temper is unprofessional. Who cares if you're german, african, or martian? All players see is what you type and the work you do. If you can't even handle criticism of your spelling, then you won't be able to handle the pressures of being accused of hacking, corruption, and so on.
If you know an exploit and know how to fix it, why are you telling people through the forums and not emailing the GMs directly?
A man walks into the president's office and says "I know how a terrorist can kill 1mill people in your country. I also know how to stop them. Make me your country's vice-president and I can stop them for you."
