[Sound]Fix the raining sound ingame!

[Sound]Fix the raining sound ingame!

It simply loops horribly! The rain isn't gloomy, sad and depressing, it's just damn annoying and makes me want to turn sound off.
I suggest it be fixed (Y)
I have uploaded a recording of 14 seconds of rain ( sorry for the footsteps )
