it's cuz of some mistake from gm's i think, cuz for fishing the monster killing quests are still up but this one u mentioned indeed isnt working then

well for one, the fishing NPC doesn't tell us the locations of dailys. In vyseus, there's a GM quest npc and a mosnter hunting npc in helternt. Then there's 2 dailys in impel. Unless it's in some random place (most npcs are clumped together), there's not a fourth daily npc.

there is a 4th daily atleast for zyp there is and they arent hard to find at all

I've asked around vys and no one knows of a 4th fishing npc :/
