hk player still delay........400-700ping!! how can slove?

thats right we are looking for a host in the netherlands which has better international connections. current host has very good ping to a selected few countries that have large ISP's that participate in their peering network

well if we get it ealier then it means we loose some $

What about the transferring process and setting up on the new host. How long would the server be down for? Approximation
