Server Reboot double exp bug

what about the people that are on 4hour pill now when servers going down will we also be refunded for the down time or did i waste a 2 and a 4 hour pill?

We have already announced couple of hours ago not to buy double exp pills because of the bug. The reboot will take 10-20 minutes max.

It's an emergency reboot for a reason. Unlike Monday maintenances which are routine, emergency reboots means that it wasn't planned and we have no choice in the matter unless you would like all the other exp pills not to work until Monday. We have tried our best to mitigate the problem by announcing it beforehand, but we can't plug every hole there is. There will be some casualties (10-20 minutes) and we sincerely apologize for that. Now excuse me while I beat GMSP's head with my special ban hammer.

No you have to count the time of reboot which never is your estimated time and and go from there what if we are in timed rooms? have to walk back re group etc I know 30mins isnt a big dela but when you are charging people you of all should understand.

All I can ask for is everyone's understanding. There simply is no other way to go about this unless you want us to delay the reboot (which would apply the fixes to the 1/2/8 hour pills) till Monday. And that is why I said all we can do is ask for your understanding on this matter. You were the few unfortunate ones who didn't see the announcement or warned by others who did hear it. We apologize for the problem and I will think dearly of you while I beat GMSP's head.

why dont the gm use rmtool to send an annoucement every 1 hour

Good news: People under 4 hour pills (at the time of emergency reboot) will receive a refund as well (for one hour pill). The head beating has convinced GMSP to give out refunds to those who bought 4 hour pills as well. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and please applaud my excellent head beating skills.
