For those who can't tell.
You need level 95 to cut Whitebirch Logs.
He got the quest to give 25 of those logs while still being level 93.

Just to clarify. Make sure items are created by you. The quests will not accept items that have been picked up from monsters.

Im working through the typos and correcting any mistakes found. As far as the other bugs go, I cant fix those myself. GMSignpainter must take care of those.
