Lagging hard!!

GM can u tell me wat is the problem with the servers now..??I got no lags after 2 hours servers back to online but suddenly when i go lvling the server keeps crashed..and my ping was very high till now..never been 1500ms b4 and sometimes 4000ms!!How to lvling ?? Not just happen to me but alots of people from my and hongkong also got this problem..
