We already have logs and screenshots(through observation) that proves 100% without absolutely 0 doubt that hacking was taking place.

and lag cant make like hack?

Not unless lag can make you hit nonstop on multiple monsters with no pauses inbetween until the monster dies.

They were also observed for some time to make sure it wasn't lag.

so i think now if royl really ban redim go out the server and maybe all old mg ( some think its coz they fight with zt guild ...)

This isn't a case where the person may or may not be hacking. This is one of the obvious 100% hacks.

There is nothing more I can do.

I suggest the banned players to appeal to the entire team through a PM for any chance of being unbanned.

10. Appeals Process

After a ban or warning has been issued, the player has one chance to appeal that decision. After the GM team deliberates on that appeal, any decision that stems from it will be FINAL.

Until the support desk is operational, players submitting their appeal must send a PM to the entire GM team. The option to send a PM to the entire team will be on the left side of your screen when you are drafting your PM. Any appeals that are not sent to the entire team will not be accepted.

When a decision is final, the case will be closed and any inquiries will be ignored. Players may discuss the issue as long as they stay within forum rules, but GMs will not take a part of that discussion.
