The highest priced item (full skill reset) on Dungeon Fighter Online is like 25 USD and people think anyone who buys that one item is out of their freakin mind.
On Mabinogi, I could buy pets (last forever, have programmable AI, can be used to help fight, can be played as, and used as item storage) for 2 - 10 USD each. Service is like 10 USD for 30 days (gives lots of perks and such), and basic cash shop items go for around 0.30 USD to 1 USD.

I think my standards in cashshops after playing and paying in those 2 games have went up a lot. In terms of what I'd find expensive compared to the value and quality of the actual game. I almost fell out of my chair.
I can still picture hardcore DR fans paying those types of rates, but I'm not one of them.

I played Shaiya for a few months and anyone who didn't spend $150+ a month was pretty much fodder for the strong players so DR doesn't seem so expensive to me anymore. It's really what you'red used to. At least DR doesn't FORCE you to buy RE to play :/

I agree.. Thats expensive.. Specially with todays economy. Either lower the prices for R.E or lower how much they cost ingame... 1 cape is like 50+ USD well not worth the money..My opinion and I hopw the GMs will take this under consideration.
