I dont see how crafted rares are able to compete with LG rares now.

Been saying that for a while...
They (lg & crafted rares) must have similar value, maybe lg worth more but at least within a reasonable range
So Others can compete....

I am not saying they should
I am just saying so far the update makes the gap TOO BIG

People wont be able to compete unless they wear all dual class items.
Its just make the fight more about rares, instead of skills

maybe its just my expectation of the game lol
i do agree working toward of obtaining LG and LG sets is a good idea
but having a LG set = dominates the fights to me is just wrong

The original argument was players with high ping can't loot legends, which was somewhat reasonable at the time. But now legends can be obtained from treasure maps so...

And tbh, if I played with high ping and helped my guild win a maze, only to have a [low ping] priest guild member loot a lg for my class and not trade me it, I'd quit that guild. Find a guild that works together maybe. Just my opinion

That BIG GAP you're talking about will not exist because nobody will have instant Full Legend Set (with all the proper rares). You guys really think crafted items will be thrown out the door completely as soon as the patch hits?

A pepsi set thief be able to floor a max AC wiz and archer is simply unbalanced. I dont care if they just do it or not cuz I play thief as well.

Just tested.. using full Corsair set, and still cant kill Wizard with 1 ex...

Once again, be REALISTIC, or your result proves nothing.
I tested with 202AC wiz full MV/BR(this is dream set for most wiz, remember most wizs have worse rares), with this set, my thief(218AC with smart on) able to tank most FULL FWs, and able to floor my wiz in a single X. Is this different from what I said before?

Just did few test on Thief, the Toreador set is broken as f***.

218AC with smart, force, eva, plus set bonus G8 crit and force, add back 10ac from shield total 228AC. Able to floor all archers and most wizs(AC200+) with a single X, but able to eat all X fire(g18 force with d3 bow and g8 crit, max luck archer on atk mantle) and FULL FWs(G19MV,G10BR).

I know its extremely hard to complete a good set, but in end gaming circumstances this is too beefy. Sorry for the late update, will test warrior in a later time.

All I hear is

I showed you a way to survive. It might not be the ideal set for you to wear all the time, but as you said before, wiz is not a killer, it's a supporter

GM is wasting his time trying to make changes to the game because nobody is ever going to be happy with them. I can only imagine how much whining people would do in other MMO games.

Anyway, I'm not going to argue anymore. In my opinion, these changes give us more diversity and gives us a change that freshes ups things a little bit. After playing the game for many years, it's nice to see some changes that flips things around a bit. Gives a reason to try new things and new builds.

Some are good for my class and some are bad. I just don't understand why they aren't nerfing the shields. I think this would have made these changes ever better. Maybe they will add that when they give something more to staff? Maybe they have future plans that we haven't seen yet. Maybe GMs should outline their goals, so maybe we can get a better insight on the future.
