Its starting from 26th, you can always arrange match time with GMs, not have to be exactly in that day I think.
Zyp has 3 teams how come there are not enough team to make it happen.

No idea. I heard only 3 teams signed up. One being mine.

Anyway. I will be out of town (2 hours drive time) back to my family's home town for the entire Easter weekend.

It will be very difficult to agree on date and time for everyone to play. Setting hard dates and times is the best way to go. Maybe just turn this into a LMS.
