I think it's a philosophical difference. I'd much rather prefer legends to be better than crafted items. That being said, I understand the concerns about ping affecting chance to obtain dropped items. We are looking at options to diversify ways to obtain legend items.

Well, i like proeel talking about the players with high ping, and that it's true. I wonder the ping of the ppl wich loot's always a legend on mazes. Also agree with SimpleStupid point of view, about do it slowly to keep things Balanced.

If u ask me, i will say there are other things more important to do before this, for example "Spells duration visuals buggs", and that kinda of anonying game buggs or the misspelled rares descriptions, or durations.

We are aware of the balance issues. We are in discussion and plan to address a few critical ones. Please keep in mind that this particular feature (same class legend bonus) will take a long time to implement. By then, the first part of the legend rework and a host of other patches that address class balance will be implemented.

That being said, we want the community's creativity. Even if you think it's over the top and imbalanced, we want your input. It gives us fresh ideas that we can tweak.

Suggestion for warrior same class legend:
Road knight - increase the stun duration of blood earth /charge attack by 1 second
Blade singer - increase the duration of Mage spell by xxx secs, can use warrior skills right after using Mage spells.
Swashbuckler - double attack /sword and rose has chance to gain one additional hit
Paladin - increase the duration of priest spells by xxx seconds, can use warrior skills right after casting priest spells

I'm not good at playing other classes, hence I'm not suggesting anything here.

First the dual classes themselves are unbalanced, if you dont have any plan to change symbol and stats. Heres my 2cents.

Priest:
Templar set gives extra phsical defense, more likely 10-20more blue AC than with shield.
Saint set gives a good brust on holy damag, high orison is reqiured for high level aoe damage.
Fallen and Avenger set let D2 spell immune to any slow curse/skills. Also provides extra speed ofc.

Warrior:
LK set gives extra blue AC. Extra ex skill damage.
Swash and warmaster set gives extra speed and critical rate. Jesses idea of additional chance of double and rose is awesome.
ONLY pala and bladesinger could use priest/wiz spells. Enhanced light and earth shield prevent all curses except LD and VT.

Wizzard:
Warlord set gives extra blue AC, enhanced self cast defensive buff like twinkle to 50% physical damage reduction(to match sfd).
GW set gives extra BR chance, enhanced increase magic.
Dedaken and archmage gives extra speed, enhanced haste and invis, immune to any slow curse/skills under invis, plus invis remove all those debuff.

Thief:
Corsair set gives extra blue AC, enhanced ice shield.
NH and vigilante give extra critical chance. Enhanced IB and shark, chance on hit apply pepsi effect.
ONLY Revenant and Toreador could use priest or wiz spells. enhanced ice shield prevent any curse spells except LD and VT.

Ancher:
Conqueror set gives extra blue AC. Enhanced CA provides extra AC decrease.
Desper and HE set give extra EX damage, enhanced EX provides extra critical chance.
Only warsaint and triggermage could use priest or wiz spells. Enhanced fleet missle chance on hit provides slow and posion effect.

I still prefer sfd than ice shield coz it give 60% defense instead of 20-30% and can last 3-6mins instead of 1minutes

Add some aoe effect to it.like lazer weapon fire bow have a Chance to do aoe dmg to surroundings
