Is there anything I could do in short term to make it funnier? Or should I focus on long term?

I think you should focus on the root problem, which is new game contents, if you can @@
Also the urgent tickets like char bug or gaming unbalance reports should be cared first, if you can @@
Events are always welcomed, if you can @@

Damn too many things to do@@ take care yourself first@@

Well... I am trying to take care of tickets first, and solving the balance of the game.
In parallel, i will think of some Quests to add content to game.
