As far as balancing goes, that's something that ultimately has to be finetuned once it's implemented. The reason D5 was posponed is cause it barely offered any extra content. Mainly, we want to add in more quests and content around D5 to make it more interesting than just the rank and stat bonus that it gives now.

Oh and even though obvious; I was talking about the rank name suggestion.
