Good PK system is constantly changing, mby so many ppl quit because of the same crap being abused every day?

So what if something goes to the worse at first, can always tweak from here and there.

For example: that AC drop to archer was deemed to be too overpowered at first, after nerf was a failure.
Same time this skill is incredibly good to warrior who allready got boost to lighting boom, and can dish out quite insane dmg when ac drop+lightning boom. Id say we could tweak it so archer could get actual bonus it needs and a long range skill, and decrease warrior output.
But it remained half assed. Same goes to some other changes.

Another thing is this community, i remember warrior players crying that it was a shit class dealing dmg , while same time there was not a single warrior with robber rares or high class double mace. Now the robber rares are quite popular and warrior can kill high AC opponents with little effort with a bit of luck on their sides. Maybe even the most effective class vs priest as it deals constant dmg+pepsi, slowing and messing up the spells at same time. Suddenly everyone so silent regarding this? Suddenly ppl realize there WERE other options than just pepsi poke +CA/AC/Smart
Same goes to most of changes, alot people commenting have limited skills/knowledge of the game despite having played so long time.

There's a difference between "tweak" and "change", tweak is adding little things here and there, change on the other hand, is disabling defood because people mimimimi'd about it, so the GMs gave in and changed it. Okay, it's not my problem that there are fewer archers in this server. In my opinion, I like archers more than thiefs. They hit harder, but thiefs get more AC, it's up to the players to decide which one they like better. I've played this game for a long time, this is the first server I've seen that people constantly mimimimi about PK. "You noob, you stun" Pffft. So? It's part of the game. Defood..so? Keep burgers in your bag. The people in this server cry so much about how the PK is. Where's the old days where you could just go to WG and have a massive pk AKA "Fun" without people complaining? Those days are long gone, which is why the PK in this server SUCKS.

You know what the main problem is? The GM's who did those changes were not willing to make a decission that benefits both sides, the ones who cryed about defood, and the ones who were using this skill/spell. I'll give you an example, as you can remember, defood used to recude like 1/3 of your "food bar". If I were a GM, I would just reduce it's effectiveness by lets say: 1/6, the spell defood would still be in the game. Your opponent would have to cast/skill it around 6 times on you, to be effective, on the other hand, you would just use one pizza, end of story.
The same goes for SS, I would let it be in the game, just reduce it's lasting time, specially when someone cast's it on you... I totally agree that, removing those spells after a certain "group" of players cryed about it, was just pure weakness from the GM-Team.
Another example, if you all think that the hiden resist effect on dual priest robes is part of the system, well...go ahead and reduce it, you can clearly see that this is more than overpowered towards wizards. There are also other options besides removing something completely from the game.

Toni, there was also a bug that let you defood while using other combat skills.
I think it was easyer to remove defood entirely than to fix this bug / balance it so it could not be abused.

The thing with the defoood was just an example, my point was that there are solutions that arent necessary to be radical.

Defood was removed due to a bug but as nobody cried its loss, I did not bother (yet) to fix and tweak it.

I agree to defood since there are much more concerning matters to deal with, but i think ac drop could have been tweaked more from archer side.
