does not accept monster drops, accepts crafted by others, i used my higher tailor to make a few items for one other char for a few lvls

accepts everything as long as it's crafted i think (atleast for dailies it's like that)

it accepts rares as long as it's crafted. I use my crap G1's for blacksmith sard quest all the time.

karvinen: how do you know if someone gives you a crafted or monster drop item then? You could easily get scammed.

well ill make sure its clear in chat logs that i dont accept those and its against rules to scam and when they get the skins ill have them come to me and make them infront of char ill loot and turn in, ill pay them the 3k before they start making
