if he's zyp he can't do a trip to vys that's why he wants it exchanged for a zyp/yllse one

Even with a permit? Sorry I don't quite get it since I can do a trip to either zyp or vys.

yeah yllse can go to any nation cause lore says theyre the nuetral nation and vys / zyp are at war and can't enter each others nation maps outside of war
