The game was first released in 1999, so it's normal it looks a bit old. And as it was released so long ago, I don't see HOW it could be an imitation of anything, since back then you had really few other MMO (Ultima and T4C that were famous but nothing more and those two don't really look like DR).

The main interrest of Dragon Raja is its awesome PvP System (the video here shows NOTHING, look other videos on youtube) which is by far the best in all MMO I've played so far. Give it a try !
