which type of video recording program has high quality?
I've found some but the results are blurry and laggy.

could someone give me a url of a good video recording program?

The free version can only record up to 30 seconds with a watermark though, if you want something better PM me

edit: forgot to mention ZD Soft Screen Recorder, but I prefer fraps over it because it speeds up slow frames ( like loading character screen and changing map ) and the audio desyncs.

easy to use on linux base.

I would suggest hypercam, not fraps lol.

Always used FRAPS and never had any kind of problems...
The program itself is pretty cheap compared with others that do the same thing.
