D5 Quest item drop rate

Any information and feedbacks?
In case the team forget, I have done an abyss and the barlog did not drop his crystal, since its a timed event with pvp actions, shouldnt it have more than 100% drop rate? it is just a quest item.

Nah.. if it's 100%... means someone could get dual 5 in 1 week.. not hard enough in my opinion.
