NPC search quests

its good but just too many quests are npc search. we need change that a little . just make 5-7 quests are npc quests. find some other way for reminder quests.
once we got all the npcs, all npc coord will be shared makes those quests really easy and boring.

It's a good idea since we spent half the day searching for NPC and only found 8 -.- Then we off, completely waste of time
