Damage bug: Not just warrior, ranger's ex also got lowered

is it just me?

- All Wizard and Priest spells now require that you be Wizard/Priest or Dual that class.
Not working as intended. I was able to cast priest spells as a Conqueror.

- Changed Lethy's base duration from 100s to 50s.
Works as intended.

- Changed Lethy's physical protection from 40-50% to 30-40%.
Not working as intended. Lethy's physical protection is still the same as before.

I tested archer ex damage on beta vs live server. They seem the same

Well that's what I'm asking. Either is the damage get nerf or lethy is bugged.

Hit 17500 ex 20000. That looks like 15% not 25%.

But the description of lethy is changed. So I assume lethy is fine.
