Bond Quiz Issue with Flyers

Last week I accepted the bond quiz quest (Flyer retrieval - Find Jackie near the basketball court). I didn't immediately go to the quest, instead stuck around the club base until I forgot about the task.
The next day (after reset), The quest is still there, but whenever I go to the basketball court in Chizuru I cannot find Jackie nor the bond flyers. I've been trying to access the location on multiple instances (game time & real time).
Please help, i need exp and gold awards in this event
