Character STUCK and cannot get out

so instead of talking to Renata at the beginning of the game, I walked out the door, and fell down a cliff, suffered 9000+ damage but didn't die, and got stuck in the bottom forever. I tried walking up the mountains but now I got REALLY stuck and can't move at all.
