Unlike other serv,In Dr global, we have Harassment Rule here that will protect harassors,It is functioning well!

Here is the true story of how Harassment Rule protect harrassors from justic:

1,Harassing ppl less than 3 times GM will not care,even get 3 times---- still ok!-------------------------------------------------------------

But!!! coz Gforce said he pked 2-3 times.

GMTempest will say:

The owner of Gforce admitted to pking more than once only after the report. While he did say 2-3 times, there's still a chance it does not meet the requirement and we will not act on it.

So!!! since harassor only admit 2-3 times, that make it not 3 times but 2-3 times.Then GMTempest will give U chance,to consider that is not 3 times and "will not act on it"!!!

So when U harassor 100 times, U can just admit 2- 100 times. Then 2-100 times will have chance to be less than 3 times,and GMTempest will not act!!!

2 Even Harassment Rule made "Multiple PKers is a special case",but Only spy can get evidence!!!-------------------------------------

But ,even my miner got pked by at least 5 different ppl all from 1 same guild.

How to do that? I proberly need being a spy like jams bond 007, and get into their guild chating channel,and note down how they collaborating after they pked my miners.And take screenshot of that,maybe a big smell of all pkers,maybe the new assignment to harrassing next day...

3, Even U being charged as harassor, no punishment at all----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
harrassing 1 times, GM will not look at it,
harrassing 2 times, GM will no acting on that,
harrassing 3 times, GM will consider it as "2-3 times" no acting on that,
If the whole guild harrassing , all mumbers can just go to harrassing in wheel!, and GM will not acting on that ,coz no evidence of those mumbers correlation each other.

even harrassing uncountable times, GM will not even give harrassor a warning.no matter if some one reporting it or not.

4,GM will punish the reporter who sued the harrassors-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
GM will give many many "impossible missions" to the repoter, making them give up.
(1)KEEP BEING HARRASSED----.like staying be harrassed,and keep taking screenshot.Need be harrassed in different time! different area! different date!by different ppl! Seems the victoms can editing those harrassing, not the PKer!
(2)ASKING HARRASSOR QUESIONS------.Need ask the ppl nicely ,even they pked U.Asking why they Pk U,no matter they humiliating U,threating U or just PK U again.U Have to shake their hand again,even they do not give their hand to shake!!!
(3). CAN NOT FIGHT BACK--------GM said the reporter`s hand have to be clean,just be a punching bag, can not selfdefence or fight back!!!
(4).KNOWING PKER`S MIND-------GMTempestsaid:

So , U need to know if the pker knowing U or not.even knowing U or not knowing U , they will all go kill U.And giving evidence to GMTempest,let he know PKer know victom or not.
Knowing ppl and kill them,and do not knowing ppl and kill them , which one is harrassing and which once is not?
proberly only GMTempest knows...
(5)SPYING HARRASSORS------------like GMTempest said, I need to proof massive ppls have correlations.
And GMTempest give me a "good idea"--- to being a spy and record they collaborating after they pked my miners.
(6)SINCE ALL THOSE MISSION DIDNT STOP ME, GM JUST BANNED MY FORUM ID----------------yeah , GM have good explainations that I am apparently banned due to profanity from forums.Coz something I said just"crossed the line"
My Forum ID banned,no warning, not counting times,no notice.Banning it is reasonable, after deeply thinking, I think some my word was "over done".And I am sry for that.
But I am being punished so fast ,and those pker not even get warmed, that is the thing hard to accept...

We can react in three ways to this post.
1. Mr Nice Guy; I'm verry sorry for you, lets join up to kill those pk'ers.
2. Mr Not so Nice Guy; STFU and play
3. Mr Normal Thinking Guy; Maybe stop whining about getting pked on the forum and spending more time to lvl so you can fight back or something like that XD. And isnt it obvious that the more you post this kind of stuff the more you will get pked.

I pick option 3.

Well, im just being funny but now for real.
GM's are not perfect. They do the best they can, if they would ban everyone who kills some people from time to time i think the server would be empty....
Now go out and play, and if you get pked, call the police!!!! -.-

Zzz like I have said we find the evidence they are working together not you. We look through chatlogs which is something we do not expect you to do.

It does look like you got an additional screenshot on Gforce after your initial report, If you feel you have 3 screenshots of 3 distinct incidents now due to this then make a new report.

Lastly, remember
"The harassment rule is simply a tool to protect individuals who are not competitively PK oriented however this protection is only to a certain degree"

Even if an attacker admits to PKing someone 2-100 times it makes no difference. Until the 'victim' files a report with the necessary 3 screenshots we will assume the 'victim' can handle it or the attacker PKed 2 times(otherwise the 'victim' would file the report no?).
