GM Explain me that nation balance please?!!!

I see nation transfer are closed because zyp full / ylse full right???
so its balanced? I dont see zypern win ONE war for like 2 weeks... if win, is like one time lol
We always 5zyp vs 30ylse...
Just want know why transfer is closed and where is the balanced game?

ps: MG guild make our nation maybe full but its a peace guild dont join war or everything make new nation for MG guild they do nothing for zypern, they say dont have time for all war times... but everyone in this guild have g8s.... WOW have time to make g8? and for dungeon quests?-.-
me and some ppl are thinking to quit because no reason to play game that dont have pvp balance train hard tacts for duel in town is not enought

What i can say was just ur nation wasnt active like yllse people. so far zypern oledi taking alot of yllse people, jesse,asidis,liz,sarahe,lordare and some i dont remember and for exchange we had a fking Spyros who make yllse troublesome. so if u think u still wannna balance ur zypern nation, maybe talk to ur member stay active. its a part of game, u lose if u put it less effort.

and i know zypern are not good in war, just incase they failed to break our stone with only 3 defenders, usually IMpriest/AlvinC/Screw. man u gotta learn how to win in war, not taking more people from yllse to increase ur chance winning its shit my dear

There are usually 2-3 Zypern attacking vs at least 3 yllse (sometimes up to 6) defending. However, there are around 15-20 yllse attacking Zypern while there are only 2-3 Zypern defending... So can't say Zypern doesn't know how to play.
And I know the problem of Zypern isn't really the population but more likely the motivation.

what 1 / 2 / 3 mages can do in def? hard to kill all priests we just take some time for ur SS priests ress the blasters again
