I just started again, I havent play'd DR for years, and there were like 7-8 peeps in center of Yllse that i asked for like 15minutes even with names and they all just ignored me My question was as simple as "What stats do wizzy's train again for learning spells" ....lol but i realy like DR so i'm gona play it for the game

check if they are actualy playing, in dr is quite common to leave characters afk for long periods of time specialy in town.

as for the wiz stats, int / ps or ws (cant remember wich one was for wiz) stat for new spells(check the place where you learn new spells), early on constitution (con) is situational but you can add some to avoid being killed too easy.

the help menu (press "h") has being improved you should try it.

Those people were probably afk. That or they really did ignore you in which case they are assholes.
If you see Firestyle/Thunderstyle/DrunkenBrawler in game ( I rarely play these days ) feel free to ask me anything.
