MY CHAR HAVE NO RARE ITEM, NO MANTLE, NO ANYTHING. CAN HELP ME TO RECOVER MY ITEM ASAP? I DID SENT A LIST TO U BEFORE WHEN I REQUESTED PW BACK !!!!

Unfortunately I am not able to recover items since I lack the knowledge needed for the process. I've solved every ticket I could yesterday and we have 31 lost item or bug tickets remaining. Lost item tickets tend to take way way longer than regular account tickets, so I can't guarantee your items will be back just as fast.

But i believed that Jill can trace every items stoled from any char in 2 minutes so I hope this cases of massive account stealing get solved fast.

Tracing a single item is one thing. But if the item was used to combine rares, dropped on the floor, traded, sold, you name it; that becomes quite complicated for a single item. Imagine whole accounts full of items scattered around >_>

Yes I do, but here all accounts where stoled by one person, and for sure he ddnt had time to combine alot of stuff. He had to put every rare in common bags...
