I just read the announcement about the archer multi and the picture looks pretty sweet. What are your guys views on this?

As for a question to the gm's when can we be expecting the change to be coming into effect? And as far as the quest goes I noticed that you say toggle so meaning i'll have to run the quest again to get my old multi back?

Everything is ready except the quest itself, so you can expect it to come very soon.
As for toggling it, the quest will afaik give you a scroll. Using that scroll (disapears after use) will toggle it, so you just have to do the quest a couple of times to get some scrolls then you can change quickly without having to redo the quest. (For example you are leveling, war is coming and you don't want waste time redoing the quest, you just use a scroll you got from the quest and done).

Can a Thief use that Scroll, go from straight hit to multi. Just asking.

Nope.

imba archer wif multi+straight line

if its too strong of course it will get tweaked etc. mostly made for leveling

thats correct. please prepare for the change it will be tweaked within days and more later on

you could also set a shortkey to switch between actual multi-fire and thief-like blasting skill, I personally think it would be nice to have archers blast like thiefs, but having them hitting 5 hits at once is also very nice in pvp

Out of curiosity, the poll [ viewtopic.php?f=10&t=5649 ] clearly shows that adding the thief-like multi was the least wanted upgrade for archers, yet you guys added it over the other two more wanted upgrades. Why?
