Need help for warrior fencing!!

I created a character warrior female using weapon fencing, i am lvl 24 now but i don't know which combat skill i should learn... anyone have suggestion? I saw inside the combat skill title there's a only skill call fire & rose which can only be learn by fencing weapon, is it the one i need to learn? I am inside Zypern nation now, can't find any high level fencing warrior in town... is there any fencing warrior master in Zypern or other nation can teach me?
Got 2 skills point can be added now..

add lightning bomb to 3 levels first.

For leveling first add Lightning Boom from the Lightning skill tree and when you hit 30 add Burning Bloody Rage from the fire skill tree. Lightning Boom is your leveling tool and Burning Bloody Rage helps you recover your CP. After you max out those two on level 3, you can start worrying about the rest. As a fencer your main PvP skill will be Swords'n'roses though.
