what is the leveling rate here?

I'm really concern about the leveling rate here, I didn't find any statement about that, Could anyone get the answer?

In open beta will be higher rate. But in Oficial Launch it will be 1/2x i think

for beta the rate is gonna bee higher so everyone gets a chance to test new features and report bugs where necessary. once the server officialy opened, the rate is gona be 2x (if i'm not mistaken)

it's gonna be a low rate, not a medium rate or a high rate

This is a normal server, thus the rate is set at 2x, it will not be changed. The only way you can make this faster is if you buy double experience pills from the dragon mall.
