This really doesn't mean anything. First of all they're just words... not actions (in that respect you'd fit in with the current GM team nicely). Now you probably are saying: "Of course they're words, I can't do anything yet cause I'm not a GM", but that is wrong. You can already do certain things and actually show you are of any worth to the GM team. For example why haven't you started making a new website? Doesn't have to be the whole website, could just be a part of it or some art for it.
And second of all, every point mentioned is pretty much as vague as saying "When I become a GM, I'm going to make this game freaking awesome!"... Well that's great, but it doesn't mean anything. What exactly are you going to add to the website to make it look better? How and why are you going to edit the forum theme? What do you want to achieve by it? What kind of features do you want to add? And are they even feasible?
Also try to make decent posts: check spelling and punctuation, read your post before you submit it. Occasional typos/errors can happen, but not as many as you've made in your posts, it makes you look sloppy.
