As of right now only the forums are open. They are putting the finishing touches on the website & open beta. Should be up & running within a couple of weeks (hopefully)

Lies! But anyway, to not get off-topic like I did earlier, yes, as the others said, this server has not openned yet. It should be openned somewhere in these three months: January, February, or March.

Registration for the game is currently closed. Keep an eye on the announcements section for information on the beta phase.
