Do to become job GM?

It is not possible to become GM though my jobLV is 99.9999. Please teach NPC and the method because of to GM.
Please teach to someone.

when u reached 99.9999 job level of a job, u need to find the npc that gives out GM titles and he'll give u 1 last quest before u can achieve being GM in a job

The monster that had ended quest also knocked it down many times.
However, NPC doesn't make quest end.
