ring with effects

anyone can explain me how can we make (for example) movp ring with effects like hardest or force?i know it is with enchant hammer but how do we do to make it g2 g3 g4?

there's no such thing as enchant hammer in this server. and brw, there was no way to choose the effect, grade. it was random
