Can not log on to the main page to donate

I can correctly log in to the game with my usr id and PW. But can't log on to the main page with the same id and PW. How does this happen? I have already summit a ticket but nothing solved.

Don't use internet explorer. Use firefox.

I can log on with my other accounts. But this one account that I can't which is my main. ><

You can log into your other accounts to purchase RE, then trade it to your main character.
