Item Mall Policies, Refund, and Fraud

I would like to know what are Mistralis's policies concerning the item mall? They're not listed in the In-game rules.

For example

1. Is there a return policy on RE? (such as you bought the wrong package/too much and would like to refund some as long as the RE has not been spent). Is there a time limit to this refund policy?
2. What is your stance on 3rd party RE selling? (such as players buying RE from other players with cash).
3. What actions will you take towards paypal/credit card fraud? For example players can buy RE on a fake IP using a fake CC then sell that RE to other players. Will Mistralis delete the RE from he player who bought the RE? Will Mistrais ban the account that the RE was sold to?
4. What about possession of duped/hacked RE? DR has long been a game filled with bugs and even though most have been patched, I'm sure there are still ways to dupe/hack somewhere. If a player is found in possession of illegal RE, who will get the punishment? Will the person in possession get banned? Will the RE only get deleted with no compensation to the person in possession (say they traded items for the RE).
5. What about paypal claims of fraud? After you receive the RE, you can lie and still claim paypal that you have not recieved the RE. Is there punishment for false claims? (It takes the company time to clear it up with paypal plus it freezes those funds in question).
6. What are the policies about unreceived RE due to bugs? Are players allowed to file a claim if they do not receive the RE within x days and no GM replies to their ticket during the duration of that time? (this was a problem previous private servers).
7. Is there a refund for mall items bought with RE? Such as you bought the wrong mantle due to carelessness (all have the same graphic) or bought too many fame envelopes.
8. What happens if a person sharing your account buys mall items with RE on your account? Are you held liable for any RE in the possession of the account even if you're not the one using the account?


All I can think of for now '-_- But it would be nice to know such policies before something bad happens.

1. No refunds. You cannot really buy the wrong package since its mentioned many times on our website + paypal website

2. Allowed

3. RE will be removed, account will be terminated and legal actions will be taken by paypal and the country of origin

4. Person who hacked will be banned and RE removed from any players. Compensation of items is case specific and will be handled via our support desk or support@dragonraja.eu

5. Legal action will be taken and accounts banned

6. Players will be allowed to make a claim of course. But first try ticket system or mail at support@dragonraja.eu or paypal@dragonraja.eu or billing@dragonraja.eu

7. Case specific

8. Yes. Dont share accounts if you cannot trust the person ;)

Strange that 3rd party RE selling is allowed since it takes funs away from Mistralis but ok. Thanks for the reply. Maybe sticky and archive this somewhere?

Actually, it wouldnt.
RE can only be created from one source, DRG.
You still have to actually buy that RE from DRG to resell it to someone else third party-wise.

Another question, in website its say donate.

We will buy RE´s or will donate and for reward we will get RE´s ?

Im asking it bcoz if we have problems to get our RE´s or our account got banned for anything, we cant complain if its a donation but if we bought it we can talk to paypal / credit card and get our money back.

yeah but I thought it was illegal to buy items with cash? Unless I'm confusing this with another server's rules.

Dont worry, we will take legal actions against frauds and false claims. If your account gets banned you will not be able to withdraw your funds.
Paypal will freeze the money untill resolution can be made.

Ok its Serve place, but what about our place ? If the server just dont give my RE ? where to go if its a donation ? Why not a business account if its official server, like newraja ? Where´s the Mistralis name involved in paypal ? Where is the contract btw player and Mistralis like all others games / online services for "buy" points ?

Also, if its a donnation, can we get our taxes back ?

I dont want to start a flame / complain, i just want the things clear for both place for later, no1 came and say shits about.

You wont get your taxes back. If server fails to give you RE you should open a ticket. If its not resolved in 10 working days you can make a claim in paypal.

Nothing more to add.
