Dont understand though, why a "emergency" reboot, can be delayed that easily...

We were let known that Abyss quest was going on, and therefore pushed back the reboot.

but the reboot 2 or 3 days ago to fix the job NPC not taking items was done in the middle of abyss (when ZT wasn't dominating abyss) as well and it wasn't pushed back even though Balroc was at half hp...

but y didnt anyone complain about it? if gm's forget that it's a quest at that time, it's up to US players to tell them...

It was a real "emergency" reboot. Such as we only got 5 minutes warning before the server was taken down. I'm not really sure 'cause I was in quest at the time. From what I was told, it was the asian players who were doing abyss and they had no idea what was going on.

besides... why do players need to tell GMs? Shouldn't the GMs be watching quest anyways to check for hacks and people disconnecting? Also the quest times are set by the GM team... so they should know about how long each quest will take and if it's around a quest time, they should go check.

If no one told us about Abyss, the reboot would have been done at 23:00. It wouldn't matter who told us, as long as someone indicated quest was going on, we would have listened. While it's nice to bring up the previous emergency reboot (when ZT wasn't in), it's a weak argument because 1) no one was dominating or losing in Abyss at the time we revised the reboot time, it was BEFORE abyss was even up and 2) as pointed above, we would have rescheduled it regardless of who reported it to us, so long as we knew. I'll admit we only looked at war time before scheduling it at 23:00 and didn't take into account the Abyss quest. Any more conspiracy theories to boot? (And yes, I am getting tired of this ZT favoritism charges with facts twisted to back it up).

And Omniphix, read viewtopic.php?f=6&t=3367 I explicitly stated that any unfound accusations against the GM team will be dealt with.
