ummm, correct me if i am wrong but the RE system will be making money for the server??? surely it is in the interest of the GM's to open the mall. i am sure lazyness is not the reason they are not adding the mall system. it is more likey to be concerns of it not working properly of risk of unstable server and player losses.

all though i do think the since the few days last week where the server was crashing a lot. the server has been failry stable. lets be fair DR doesnt exactly have a great reputation for being stable, most of the previouse servers have suffered from lag and crashing.
