How to get lvl 100 on mine job

Hello,
Im just came back to the game and make a new char.
now i forgot alot of thing about the game and things what changed.
like the Mine job im lvl 99 now and i dunno how i get tot lvl 100 and GM
i look in game at the help menu but i cant find more info
Hope someone can help me with my questions.
