How can hunt the treasure map in same location

I saw the AV club members hunting the treasure maps in North.Wannen at the same location recently.
And they were kept in the same location and hunted a few times for treasure map with the white bear.
Thus, I just wonder, how to keep the treasure maps in the same location? Also, is it too much insane maps?

there will be christmas event for each year.
each 120+ lvl char could talk to npc and received gift on each day for 10days. it could be high map
those AV guys had lvled hundreds or thousands of 120 lvl char s last year.
therefore they could get hundreds or thousands of high map from the christmas events.
You need to lvl as many 120+ chars as you can
and you could also get planty of maps.
enough for a year.

NO pain no gain.
As you saw they enjoy the maps.
they had hardly trained those chars for year after year.
get your chars trained now and you will get rewarded by the christmas this year.
