Any good way to fish *sturgeon*?

Hi guys, I just joined this game last month and many features are forgotten.
I am currently working hard on doing GMs.... Now the only GM left is the candlemaker... which requires one ingredient - sturgeon (95lv fish). I have tried different spots in zypern but not either one can be caught
Any advice to catch sturgeon? Much appreciated
