DR is made of pk system, and there is regarding rules about no pking when players is leveling.
if u want them to stop pk then make orc area or some other low lving place for beginers none pk map,, i suggest you to change these ideas.
so when players reach high lv like 70-80. they pretty much can fight back and enjoy the fun?
coz im sick of people crying out for help when they got pked at orc or some other places.
Many years i have been playing DR and i never seen such rules about no pking when lving,i don't think this is possible unless u change the map to none pk?other wise the pk will continue

When you're modifying the in-game rules can you make it so that the harassment rule doesn't apply to Guild Wars?

It will be considered harassment if a player ruins another players enjoyment of the game over an extended period of time.

what if they are enemies? GM u know how much people can hate one and another.like guild enemies?
if pkers came around and pking noobs over and over. they can be warned and get banned via screenshot , but if they have issue with each other and wanted to solve in pk ways..
just like the ZT guild and CN fighting all day long in orc and other places..both side has its story
those guild hates each other and stalking around does this means both ZT and CN players should be banned for this?

and i found some screenshot of ZT member on the forum posting their screenshot killed by the CN.
and crying out loud that CN needs to take care of?
u do know they have issues between these 2 guild and the in game rules shouldnt be implied to them

The harassment rule excludes situations where it is a war situation. However if one party of the pk war decides to accept defeat, it may be different. In events like pk wars, the harassment policy will protect the side that has the humility to say "we lose the war, please stop killing us" but are still being hunted down wherever they go.

once enemie , its isn't easy for them to become peace please understand both ZT and CN doesn't give up or even talk about peace? every day they pking each other this only increase their anger.i dont think each of them will bow down their head and said "im sorry"?
and GM shouldn't cared about this,because it is their personal issues. and this is what make DR fun? if people want to be carebear they can go play hello kitty online which is available in the mmorpg site?

you should not went vys knowing zt was gunna do that t oyou be smart like everyone else get out and fight them with everyone else

If GM didn't interfere then one guild can kill DR's population by 50% just by PKing everyone. I think the rule should only be excluded for guilds vs. guilds. But then again... people can just leave the guild that was at war, level in peace, then rejoin it and attack the guild again.
