hi all,
i tryed to make rare dagger last night.
i have blacksmith lvl 15 and i had 6 coppers iganots.
i tryed to make 1 rare dagger and i failed 6 times.

my questions are:

Q1: doesnt the rare making should be 100% (no failior) on this server?
Q2: can i make rares when i am not GM on the blacksmith (i know that on other server i acn do it but here i fail 6/6 on the first item, lvl 5 blacksmith item).

keep in mind that on this server you need to mine the ora in order to craft items, so i think that the rare should not fail.

to make rares:
step 1: make 1 of the item you're trying to make (none-rare version)
step 2: make 1 of the item you're trying to make (rare version)

keep in mind that even when it shows 100% succes, it doesnt always mean the 100% succes is for the item u're going to make, it's only for the same item u made normal last time.

so i gess it is buged.
i never made daggers and yet the % of rare making eas 100%.

it gave me the option to make the rare and jast failed it and took my copper.
i think that if you cant make a rare it shouldent take your item (copper in this case) and not even give you the option to access the rare table.

it uses the old system of displaying success rate (any item will give success rate for all items) with the new system of making rares (make 1 item normal to get 100% for that item only), so yes the graphical interface is bugged.

it isnt a bug, cuz gm's already just said that u hv to make 1 normal item of the item u want rare and then u can make that item rare. u said u read this but i advise u to read it completly without skipping any parts.

as LP said, the grafical interface is bugged + you should not lose item if you have 0% of making rares.
as for the reading part where did i sayed i read somthing?

btw, on the first sentence:
"Rares can be many using any of th secondary jobs. Only secondary job GMs can combine rares to make higher grade items. "

the word "the" is missing the "e" and the "Rares can be many using any of the secondary jobs." is not clear (atlist not for me )

anyway good job, your site is becomint the most usfull site about DR.

Oh so you do notice spelling errors?
I have underlined some words in your post which contain spelling errors.
I believe if you install Firefox (English version) and make posts then words that contain spelling errors are underlined in red. Then you can right click on that word and choose the correct word (usually).
Just trying to help you out. Cause if you write properly people will listen and understand you better.
That's also good advice for your friend Grofire because when he writes it takes me twice as long to understand his post so I usually skip his posts.
Actually it's good advice for anyone (including people whose native language is English).
