Currently we have 12 Local Wars, adding 6 more wont hurt I guess?
Reason I added more Castle Wars is because we are going to active two more warfields so players could play them more often.
Regarding Sunday ST14 BM, I personally think thats a good spot for all time zoned players(except NA West), make it one hour early simply uncomfort NA East, since its 9AM for ST14 already. Same goes for ST2 maze change to ST1.

You will never make everyone happy, due to timezone differences. A solution I see, could be to randomize schedule for Abyss/Undead/BigMaze on a weekly basis. This is not something the GM does manually. This is something that could be done automatically (random RNG).There used to be a war screen in-game (z hotkey) that would show times. All you would need to do is add that back, and have the server update times every week. Jill could come up with some IF/THEN statements to make sure these mazes are never back to back.

The main goal should be to think of ways to force players to login, be active, and stay active. Catering to a specific timezone will only attract those players, and the rest of us will be forced to quit. The goals should consists of content for both PVP players and PVE players, and try to eliminate the scheduled in-game events. Players should be able to login, and find something to do to keep them engaged. We find it all to often, that people login, and go AFK immediately, because there is nothing to do. We need to change that!

I agree with Popsicle to a certain extent. Randomizing the three main quest would be a good solution. But do not randomize everything. Still keep two of each quest and possibly randomize the third.

A better solution which is what Popsicle said as well is to simply create content. Content is what drives an active server to keep going. New content keeps players engaged and gives them something to login for especially end game players. As stated earlier with GMSP having more time to devote to the server, we should be seeing new content and not some temporary fix to a bleeding situation.

Almost 3 weeks into the new year and we are looking at Mazes, LW, CW all being reworked and almost ready to release.

The future is bright for the server. Lets just stay optimistic xD

Just do a rotation of different times every week throughout each month.
