dual fame?

as i know, joining war, abyss,undead and bigmaze will obtained dual fame.
is there other way to attain dual fame?

Dark signets can be turned in for Dual Fame
1:1 ratio

And daily secret quest in WG as well, ask my assistant klei for NPC cord.
