everything u able to do in low rate , u can do in high rate..
things u can do in high rate..some you cant do in low rate..
tbh new player learn things faster in highrate than low rate.

i voted yes.because high rate is better place to learn the game,and have better quality of pvping
which everyone have equal geared.no need worry about ress pot etc , can change dual class in 1 min,more fun in this way.
everyone in 1 map,seeing player alive/active is good.1G1 to G10 test build everyday.
pk with diff set everyday,

sure DR is a seasonal game like many other korean grind mmos and youre a fool if you think otherwise once there is no progression left for you to obtain the game dies

It's not PVE because P stands for "player", it's macro vs environment.

I voted No. I would prefer that highrate be opened by someone else, with new idea. GM is addicted to the DR and he couldn’t evolve enough the game I think if he focuses on the DRG, the game can evolve.
If there is competition, it will be forced to evolve and we can have new experiences with DR, just look at the Eastern MODs.

is not that we lack of ideas.it that HE CANT MAKE IT HAPPEN. i said this many time.
there is CN HK TW Thai servers..
and we have all 4 country player..cant we buy those MOD from those server? i talk about this before.

No doubt that this server is for zypern pve , or 20 bully 3
