didnt gm say the werent decided on what to add to do with archer yet?

indeed there is no clear consensus yet on what to do with archers.

base damage increase
weapon damage increase
skill changes
other stuff...

carefull planning and consideration has to be taken

Thief's AC comes from shield, therefore archer's damage should come from the same slot (arrows).

While wearing DS items, archer and thief should have same damage on each other.

Without.

what shield is the thief wearing d3?

I don't think it matters, as long as it's consistent. Either D3/D2/D1 or DS shield/weapons and same armor for both of them.

make sure they both naked and only weaps on then
