Quest Rules?

Any rule pertaining to quests? In the harassment rule, it says
• Mass PK: Mass PK includes repeatedly killing people regardless of who they are, in the same location, over and over again. The GM Team will punish the Mass PKer if several cases are reported by different people.
so if a guild/player keeps on killing others in abyss it's "mass" pking of all players but themselves or their guild and and it's in the same location every quest.

No, Mass PKing is one player pissing off everyone and only doing it in purpose to piss them off.
In Quests Guilds PK each others for the loots, they aren't doing anything that will interfer in the other guilds game progress, since dead characters can get DF when dead.
Well, that's my opinion.

No, I say that as Player, that's why I loged on my player account.
I can't really set a rule for that, at least not now since nobody went in quests yet.

Then please say in the ingame rules that there is no rule against PKing of individuals, guilds, or nations in quest please to prevent confusion in the future. I'm bringing this up before people start doing quests for the purpose of preventing future complaints.
Also what about cases such as players making G20 curse rares and stunning other player so that they can't get into the next floor's portal in the alloted time?
