Butchering Quest

1. in Vyseus please move the NPC to the butcher shop near the bank that's actually near where the cows are -.- Why is the NPC at the butcher shop in the middle of nowhere?
2. Maybe it's just me but the butcher quests seem insanely hard in the beginning. "Get 40 beef" sounds easy but when your butcher is 10, you fail about 80% of the time you try to butcher a cow for materials. So for each beef, you need to butcher about 4 times before you get something from it which makes it harder than the later quests in my opinion.
